Support is available to signed-in members so we can connect a request to your account. Open the app or website and sign in, then come back here.
Open Settings and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, saved clips, search history, and the footage you uploaded. Anything already downloaded cannot be recalled.
Open a clip’s details and scroll to the bottom for “Report or block this footage.” Reporting flags the clip for review; blocking a contributor hides all of their footage from you. Footage that enough people report is automatically pulled from the feed and search pending review.
Yes, within each clip’s license. Most clips are cleared for commercial use; some are editorial only. See the License page.
Sign-in uses a one-time code sent by text to your phone number. Make sure the number is entered in full with its country code, and check for the SMS. If it still doesn’t arrive, email us and we’ll help.
Uploads are screened automatically, and footage that doesn’t fit the catalog stays in your private library instead of the public feed and search. Capturing a clip in the app is what makes your footage searchable.
